A new concept in town : "Brussels in loft" or a pop up restaurant in a loft! (EN)

If you're a big fan of new food concepts you can't have missed this huge trend : pop up restaurants. The concept is quite simple though brilliant: it's an alternative to traditional dining out venues with a place opening temporarily as a restaurant.

Success of this trend is easy to understand :there is more interaction during the evening, you can try out some alternative chefs, it often takes place in underground or private places.. Not to mention the personal pleasure of feeling like an adventurer..!

Open Kitchen surfs the wave with the "Brussels in loft" project :  a surprising program that combines food with art, furniture, performances and great vibes.A different chef will be operating every day for 8 nights, from 25 September to 8th of October. And I am very proud to participate in this with a upside down menu on the 4th.

The venue itself is a former chocolate factory in Ixelles, with an amazing view on the city! The space is  going to be designed by Celine Blanc, interior designer from Le Show Room  and decorated with art and performances curated by Elise Luong from Undecided Productions and Jeannie Remy from Divan.

Each night a different artist will be performing.

In addition, gold and silver medal  from Concours mondial de Bruxelles will be served all night long.

Do you feel like trying something different? Appealed by the program ? Check out their website : http://www.brusselsinloft.com.
